Bydgoszcz

Bydgoszcz is on the road leading from the south to the north of the country, so we encourage you to visit our city which is rich in various tourist and cultural attractions, as well as monuments among which is a beautiful fifteenth century late-Gothic  Parish Church of the Poor Claris, Eternal Granaries and other valuable places. Worthy a note is also Old Townwhich  is located in the meanders of the Brda River, Mill Island, Bydgoszcz Venice and downtown with metropolitan Art Nouveau buildings. During the summer season there is a river bus on the Brda River, thanks to which you can be able to see Bydgoszcz from the other side.

We can also boast with the oldest active waterway in Poland, which is called Bydgoszcz Canal. On the city premises there is the biggest urban park in Poland called Myślęcinek. The park is located  just 3 km from the center of city. It captivates with the beauty of the nature, allows for the active recreation, relaxation and sports.

An unusual Bydgoszcz attraction is the figure of a man hanging over Brda River near Old Town. The figure catches of eye of every passerby.

Bydgoszcz Basilica

It is the card of the city. It impresses every time. The Basilica is very beautiful  and huge without bloated ornamentation, fantastically illuminated at night.

Philharmonic hall

Fantastic place with wonderful acoustics. Place entwined with the development of post-war Bydgoszcz, located in the prestigious part of the old Bydgoszcz among shady trees and other beautiful buildings

Opera  Nova

One of the most modern musical theaters in Poland. Modern building picturesquely situated on the banks of the Brda River. Opera Nova has a rich program including operas, ballets, operettas and musicals.

Bydgoszcz Venice

The most beautiful and extremely atmospheric place in the center of Bydgoszcz, a place for walks and rest.

Old City

The main and oldest market in Bydgoszcz. It functions since the conferment of the civic rights. It is the main place of all celebrations and events. It is also the place of sentimental meeting of the locals and tourists. You can also relish with good food flavors.

Sluices - Bydgoszcz Canal

Take a little trip from  Mill Island to the lock currents through which you can explore some of the active locks, watch mechanisms, gates and reservoirs. It is a nicely landscaped area. A lot of green in the summer and wonderful colors in autumn. Excellent place for playground and recreation.

Myślęcinek

Polands largest urban park, located just 3 km from the center of Bydgoszcz. It captivates the beauty of the nature, allows for active recreation, relaxation and sports.

Zawisza ground

Beautiful sport complex which is site-specific in the infrastructure of the Leśne estate. Athletic Stadium is our jewel of its type. Its location catches  the eye of every tourist.
